Given the importance of employees for a company to sustain a competitive advantage, why do you think that more companies do not follow the lead of companies like Patagonia and other employers known for being the best employers to work for by providing benefits and perks that make them a more desirable place to work? Besides the traditional pay and benefits what is one thing an employer you have worked for did that recognized and rewarded the value of its employees
