As such, we will be referring back to the Training and Development course where students were asked to assume the role of a new Training and Development Director. The tasks for this assignment are as follows:
- Review the three clips of the Trainers performing their jobs, to re-familiarize yourself with each person's performance (you may also want to refer back to any notes taken on these clips from the last course).
- Watch the new videos of the one-on-one performance feedback given to each of the trainers, as well as the Trainer's responses.
- After having watched the videos, determine how you would respond to each Trainer (as the Training and Development Director).
Enter Discussion Board 2.2 and post your responses to the questions that follow the case. After having posted your responses, respond to the posting of a minimum of two of your peers.
