As a member of the Project Management Office (PMO), you have been asked to participate in the documentation of several project management processes in the past. Such processes have resulted with a series of templates, forms and other documents that are being used daily in the planning and deployment of projects within the organization as well as at client sites.

You are being asked to produce a new set of documentation for providing good and/or bad feedback to team members working on projects; a process which the PMO Director believes needs to be improved in order for their projects to be delivered with strong and healthy outcomes. Lessons Learned from several past projects highlight this process as being unorganized, at times rude or simply not performed at all. Instructions: 1. In reviewing the short scenario and each of the video clip links provided above, respond to the following requirements for this short internal project. a) Based on best practices discussed in either the video clips or other documentation that you procure externally, you will produce a flowchart of what the new process will look like with an explanation of each step and of the process overall. The process should be clearly defined, explained, and graphically represented in a flowchart or other graphical representation that supports this process. b) Please ensure that you are providing any references that you have used to document this new process as it will need to be documented for further examination if someone were to require it.
