Glerton Anderson has owned a smallish skin & body care firm for the past $5$ years. He previously paid a supplier to produce face masks and would then just add a label with his company's branding on it$.$ After careful analysis, he has decided that he will begin producing these face masks within his own facilities in South Africa. As described in our recent supply chain lecture, the procurement decision to produce these masks within his own facility is an example of
