Global climate change is frequently in the news, sometimes in a dramatic and sensational format. Informed citizens of the world need to be able to interpret these news articles and determine their accuracy and validity. Over the course of the semester, you'll find five news articles related to global climate change and then summarize, interpret, and discuss their contents.

You might consider using this list of reputable resources to find an article (each bullet point has a link you can access by simply clicking it). Recent research findings (within the past 5 years), major research projects, or technological developments related to the chapter material are good! Once you find your article, build a short summary of the article. Then, discuss the article and its topic. Address:

1. Why was this interesting (or not)?
2. Why did you choose this article?
3. How does it relate to concepts in the course?
4. How does this article affect your existing knowledge of climate change?

The journal entry needs to be at least two pages and includes in-text citations and a references list at the end (you would cite the article you pick as well as any other outside resources you may use). Citations and references must be in APA.
