Global Farm Foods (GFF) store is based in Farringdon, London and has a staff of 25. Rene Dupont is the Store Director. I here have been some employment issues within the organization recently and ACA'S has been called to mediate between employers and staff. ast month the Director made some changes to the store to improve sales without consulting the staff. Rene Dupont has threatened Suki; Katrina; Nisha with mmediate disciplinary if they fail to comply with the changes. Staff: Suki Tanaka is gender fluid and refuses to wear the Company's skirt and blouse uniform. The Director refuses to recognize that gender fluidity have any legal rights. Katrina Luca has been employed for one year as a cleaner, she is 5 months pregnant and there are no maternity benefits in her contract She has been told she is not entitled to any Maternity leave and must take annual leave 's she entitled to any Maternity Parental leave? Nisha Kaur works as a sales assistant in the mornings for 2 years. The Director changed her shifts to the afternoons making it difficult to collect her daughter from school. She was told she cannot wear her traditional sari dress to work. She has been told to accept the terms or resign.
