One of them is responsible for operations and the other for administration. The organization was started in The organization provides services in countries worldwide for organizations that are struggling with issues of globalization, cultural diversity, cultural competence, and global expansion. They currently operate with million dollars of revenue each year and employ independent consultants under the direction of seven managers. The managers are fulltime employees of the organization. GSO consultants perform contractual work for GSO and are not considered employees of the organization. There is a high turnover rate for consultants. Structure: GSO Managers report to one of the coCEs who is responsible for operations. On the administrative side, GSO employs a threeperson finance department and a oneperson human resources department.
