Global Success Organization $($GSO$)$ is a privately$-$owned consulting firm whose main office is in the United States. The organization was founded by two individuals who continue to operate as joint CEOs. One of them is responsible for operations and the other for administration. The organization was started in $2008.$ The organization provides services in $10$ countries worldwide for organizations that are struggling with issues of globalization, cultural diversity, cultural competence, and global expansion. They currently operate with $8$ million dollars of revenue each year and employ $150$ independent consultants under the direction of seven managers. The managers are full$-$time employees of the organization. GSO consultants perform contractual work for GSO and are not considered employees of the organization. There is a high turnover rate for consultants. Structure: GSO Managers report to one of the co$-$CE$0$s who is responsible for operations. On the administrative side, GSO employs a three$-$person finance department and a one$-$person human resources department.

Self$-$awareness is one of the most powerful traits of successful leaders. If you understand what makes you tick, you can see the bottlenecks before they surface, and learn how to best grow and support your team. The way you communicate as a leader speaks volumes. What you accept as a leader tells your employees everything they need to know. Being intentional and leading by example is how you will develop more buy$-$in from your team $($Dennison$,2021).$ Employees and team members need to see the two CEO$$s as true leaders and not argue about the finances, consultants, and direction of the organization.

$2.$ Global Success Organization$$s CEO$$s will need to create a positive company culture and improve employee engagement. It requires continual effort and commitment from all levels of the organization. Make sure company$$s values and goals are clearly and consistently communicated. Ensure all employees understand how their roles and contributions fit into the organization$$s larger goals and how they help the company achieve its mission and vision of success. Encourage other team members to take ownership of their work and contribute their ideas and expertise.

$3.$ GSO $($Global Success Organization$)$ CEO$$s need to prioritize culture as part of everyday operating and decision$-$making process. GSO culture needs to be adaptable. When culture is strong, you can trust everyone is doing the right thing. In short, if you want to land your strategy profitability, make culture your priority. It is also important to understand the needs wants of your customers. Investing in a customer$-$focused culture is an investment in the future of GSO.
