Globalization allowed many organizations to cross national borders, and expand not only at a regional but also international level! In effect, that brought about various challenges, as organizations and especially IHR had to operate in a cross-cultural environment! Research so far indicated that business practices and strategies and in a sense IHRM functions and strategies are affected by cultural factors! Hence, organizations either have to conform to the reality presented by a cross-cultural population, or face lagging behind in operations!
