Go to Section 540 of the insurance Act, RSA 2000, Ch. I-3 and refer to the Statutory Conditions which appear in it. On the happening of any loss or damage to insured property, the insured must: Select one a Deliver a proof of loss in respect of loss or damage to the insured property describing the insured's knowledge of how any fire ignition damage originated O b. Deliver a proof of loss in respect of loss or damage to the insured property stating the interest of the insurer in that proper c. Deliver a proof of loss in respect of loss or damage to the insured property with the written statements of at least 4 witnesses to the damage or loss d Deliver a proof of loss in respect of loss or damage to the insured property which is verified by affidavit
