Go to the website of the Competition Tribunal (www.ct-tc.gc.ca). Locate the case CT-2017-005, The Commissioner of Competition v. Apple Inc., and Apple Canada Inc. In the Registered Consent Agreement, in paragraph 4, Apple agrees, in part:
