2. Select an inspection report
3. Identify the reason for the inspection (e.g. complaint, critical incident, quality inspection etc)
4. Summarize the issues observed by the inspectors
5. Identify what the facility must do to eliminate or reduce the risk and how they should do it (i.e. risk management process)
6. Post your summary
