Go to www.ebay.com and access the website's "User Agreement." (HINT: g to the very bottom of the page and look at the very fine print for the link!)

Read the agreement which constitutes eBay's offer to you. Select two contract terms in the contract that are not favorable to you. In your submission, describe why you might not want to agree to those terms. Make sure to use the language of contracts that we are learning in your description of your concerns.
