ROLE: As Vice President of Marketing for a medium-sized company, you will need to work with Human Resources to recruit, select, and retain for a soon to be vacant Brand Development Manager position.

SITUATION: Your companys current Brand Development Manager will be retiring in about one month. It is important that this role be filled by someone who can provide a structure to a team of four people in a way that inspires creativity and promotes meeting targets (i.e., deadlines and sales goals). Brand management includes developing effective marketing strategies to target consumers based on research and forecasting consumer behaviour.
