Going back to your Response to the RFP, I would like you to make an infographic for a recap on the event. Think about what might be interesting to me to know about what happened that night. Think about what you were asked and what your client wanted to see in that event. Make a one page summary that is eye catching and engaging.

Your firm has been invited to respond to a Request for Proposal, RFP, by a potential new client

They are hosting fundraising event and need your help running the event. They want:

A venue that can accommodate 150 people

An elegant, brand focused theme

Buffet and bar

Silent Auction space

Saturday evening from 7-10pm

Work with your team to build a proposal with key sections, high-level content for each of the sections and mocked up graphics/ visuals as appropriate. You do not have to write it out in full sentences, bullets are fine for this assignment
