Golf club was awarded a grant from the English Golf Union (EGU) to cover the costs of adapting the entrance to the club house and disabled changing and toilet facilities. Any surplus funds should be repaid to the EGU within three months of the work being undertaken. Any overspend should be met from the club's own funds.The grant received from the English Golf Union (EGU) was 18,000. The total expenditure incurred on this project was 22750 and an amount of 4750 was overspend which was paid by the golf club's own funds
