Search for topics either in Google Scholar or in Google by typing in key words such as: Evaluation of financial performance of corporate enterprises Corporate governance and profitability Capital structure and financial performance Financial risk management and profitability Liquidity management and financial performance Credit risk management and profitability g. CAMEL model to measure performance of commercial banks h. Working capital management and profitability i. Impact of corporate governance on working capital management j. Cash conversion cycle and financial performance k. Corporate social responsibility and profitability f. Note that these are some examples of key words that can type in Google search and will generate a good number of journal articles on these topics. You can go through them and see which of those that can try under Botswana conditions. You can also type in other key words that you think are relevant and will help to you find publications on those topics. (3 topics) Very important: You have to read extensively on the research topics and as many journal articles as possible on those topics, before you finalize the topic. You must also save all those journal articles and attach the links when you submit your topic title for approval. 2. Once you have identified topic titles of your interest, you have to then do the following: A short paragraph on the topic as an introduction Objectives of the study Significance of the study Period covered in the study Methodology: Primary data or secondary data, data sampling and methods of data processing/data analysis. 3. Please note that the topic title should be specific and focused and not general. 4. Please note that under the current Covid-19 conditions, I strongly recommend that you chose research topics that use secondary data (Published data) rather than go for primary data collection that requires a questionnaire and meetings with respondents.
