Another leadership skills crucial nowadays and probably the most used is theTransformational leadership, which is cited by (Brome, 2012 as cited in Marshall & Brome, 2021) as the process through which leaders influence others by changing the understanding of what is important. The Transformational Leadership highlights the connection among leaders, which is explained by Marshall & Broome (2021) as the way that authentic nurse leaders are perceived as hopeful, exhibiting behaviors reflective of a moral compass they can articulate; they speak in a clear voice to those of their organizations. (p.184).

I have witnessed these behaviors and skills in my mentor and boss, who exhibits Transformational Leadership. She has a strong relationship with her colleagues and can effectively communicate with everyone, from the CEO to the patients. Her compassionate approach and willingness to listen to others' opinions have created a positive work environment. For example, she attends events with CEOs. She visits patients who have been discharged from the hospital, showing her commitment to the organization and the well-being of the patients.
