Can you tell me what feedback you would give my classmate on their post and how it could be better?

I would go with an EPA "Environment Protection Agency for an administrative agency we can add.

Environment Protection agency, is an independent executive agency of the United States federal government tasked with the environment protection matters. Their mission is to protect human as well as environment heath. The EPA also, regulates the processing and manufacturing, distribution and use of chemicals and other pollutants. The EPA strategic plan is to protect human health and environment. EPA also works to enforce compliance with environmental requirements. When warranted, EPA will take civil as well criminal enforcement action against violators of environment laws.

The EPA also creates regulations to help Americans comply with the law and to enforce it. Some of the responsibilities will be to make sure Americans have clean air, land and water.As well as Federal laws protecting human health and the environment are administered and enforced fairly, effectively and as Congress intended. The EPA is a real champion when it comes to holding polluters accountable for making communities sick that are historically disadvantaged. Reduces waste and help clean up when harmful substances polluted in our land. This includes the following waster from landfills, fossil fuel power plants, etc.
