Good Afternoon Class,For my project I chose "Beat the Clock" by Kathryn Tyler.For my primary audience, I would say it would be the employees. I believe employees need to seek the training needed for better time management skills. As employees we need to learn how to maximize the most out of work hours while we are on the clock. In some cases, employees tend to bring work home with them. Once work comes home, then you begin to affect home life. The proper tools need to be supplied to all employees in order for the work to get done in a timely manner. Most importantly, work done during work hours.Essentially we all need to find a balance between work and home life. I believe employees will benefit from timemanagement skills not only at work, but also at home. Time management plays a big role in everyday life, not just at work. My secondary audience will be the employers. In the article, the author encourages the employers to help their employees gain the time management skills that they are lacking. One of the ways to improve time management is to provide trainings. Not to say that all employees need it, but I do believe all can benefit from such trainings. In turn, once all employees have the skills needed for better time management, employers will get more sufficient work hours from their employees.Employers will also see their employees less stressed and more productive. With better time management skills, employees will know how to prioritize and get the job done, instead of procrastinating and taking on more work than they can handle. Employers also need to understand that employees will work with the tools given to them. Trainings can be considered as a tool for success
