Then, briefly describe two core values, two strengths, that you would like to strengthen based on the results of your StrengthsFinder assessment.

1) I could also develop self-assurance and achiever for my core values; although it didn't show in my 5 top talents, I know I need to work on those values. Sometimes, although I know I am doing the right thing, another person who questions me can make me double myself, and I need not let this happen to me anymore. I'm an achiever; I have achieved so much in all these years, but my issue with self-assurance holds my achievements due to being afraid to get out of my safety zone.

I could also work on developing strategic thinking and analytical skills. I am a thinker and analyze every little bit of it, including the pros and cons. If I develop better strategic thinking and analytical skills, I could be more assertive without debating so much. In many cases, it is necessary to think fast and make the right decision, and by being analytical, I would have the ability to think about all of the factors that might affect a situation. By having both together, I could make faster and more assertive decisions.

2) Hi Mary , I like your results because they are all the same as mine, except you got empathy, and I got an includer. We share strengths and consequently value the same things. For example, I aim to reinforce my commitment to positivity and inclusion. As Keller et al. (2022) highlight, maintaining a positive outlook is crucial for mental well-being in today's challenging world. Like you, since we are so compassionate, see the good in others, and are optimistic and responsible, I agree with you on the importance of developing strategic thinking to be more proficient and assertive when making decisions. Communication is essential for a leader because it is crucial to know how to communicate and express yourself reasonably with the right tone of voice to have a good relationship with the company, the employees, and your life. I recommend strengthening this core value: responsibility, which is a significant core value because once we say we will do something we do even if it is inconvenient, we follow up with our compromises and obligations, so we are loyal and reliable. A leader needs to be able to honor their commitment and their words.
