Good day statistics experts I would like for you to help me to write a function in excel that skips to a particular cell and adds a value to it Based on particular criteria

So for example, if in a specific cell in a given column the number of remaining weeks is 4 then we should be added 350 4 cells down as that's when the items should arrive

Not in the same week as the order was placed

So I would like a function that skips a cell and fit into its respective cell based on the above names criteria
