I would like your advice on the relevant concepts and principles of law.

B ordered tons of steels from A.

B told A that he needed the steels to be produced to Customer C, and would make huge profits if the deal with C goes through.

B constantly reminded A that the steels had to be produced before the deadline.

A did not deliver the steels to B on time.

B was behind schedule by 2 weeks, incurred $38000 on overtime pay on additional workers needed to produce and deliver the steels to C.

C did not proceed with future contracts, resulting in B not getting future profits.

Please advise if B could sue A.

If B sue A, what can he recover from A?
