Good discussion on cross-team collaboration. It is important to restrain emotions when working on a team. Finding a positive way to express concerns is always the best approach. I am working on a team now where we have one individual who always wants to provide his opinion about the subject without giving the person speaking an opportunity to finish sharing in the discussion. He is a detractor from our goals. The leader of our team spends a great deal of his time trying to manage this person. It is unfortunate as it takes away valuable time that we could spend solving the real problems.
