I am requesting feedback when it comes to the necessary challenges from a legal perspective facing a Sports Manager needed to anticipate and safeguard when running a Sports/Recreation center. The relevant information is getting access to the necessary search engines, in order to get the most suitable information possible in order to be resourceful when it comes to getting unstuck formulating an Annotated Bibliography. Some of the legal issues are children/ sexual abuse prevention, background checks, volunteer screening, training, mandatory reporting just to name a few...Your expert feedback will assist me enormously in order to get unstuck.
