Are there any ethical issues that can arrive for an attorney did assist on a medical malpractice case 15 year ago when interning with a law firm. Please provide 5 to 6 legal recourse such as case law, statutes, rules, regulations and law journal articles. Identify all ethical issues involved.

I know there is no ethical issue because it was more than 15 years ago, but I am not able to locate legal recourse to support my claim.
