When looking on Monster for jobs I came across an accounts payable specialist which interested me. You are required to have in-dept accounts payable experience and must have a bachelor's degree in accounting. You are also required to be skills in Microsoft software and be able to understand bookkeeping and accounts payable principles. Accounting is used in this job in many ways. One way is processing due invoices for payments and data entry functions. You must do and file monthly sales and keep track of prepaids and accruals. I think this job would be somewhat challenging but also rewarding. The second job I investigated was a Health care administrator. For this job you also are required to have a bachelor's degree and some certifications as well which include CPR certification, administrative certification, and have at least 1 year of experience of supervisory related health care program. Most of this job will be related to healthcare management but there is also accounting that will play a part of this job. Accounting is needed to be able to do payroll. One requirement for this job is that the administrator will oversee the workers' pay roll. Another way accounting will be applied to this job in the invoices and expenses. As an administrator you will be receiving bonuses based on performances and success of the health office. One way to do that is saving money and finding innovative ways to cut costs and one way to do that is to know the revenue and expenses in which in the company. I think I would like to apply to the health care position because using numbers all day can be confusing and overwhelming. I would like to change of pace, and I think a position in healthcare would also feel more rewarding.

Hi everyone,

I found two jobs in the link advertising that are very interesting. The finance specialist and and accounting specialist. The job task for the finance specialist is to manage the clients' investments, extend loans or check financial statements for accuracy. Accounting specialist job requirements are book keeping, maintain the financial record of the company. Accountants log financial information, process payments and reconcile accounts. I found the company Nycrates is hiring for a finance management specialist. The job requirements are to manage clients' investment, extend loans or check the financial accuracy for clients. The accounting job I found in Datamtx company. The job requirements are book keeping, maintaining the company's financial record ,log financial information, process payments and reconcile accounts. Finance specialist is performing similar to accounting specialist but different is accounting has more tasks than the finance specialist. I would like to apply at Datamtx because it is accounting specialist which has more tasks so basically more pay and higher position.

There are instances in which private medical information should be disclosed. As stated below by my classmates if a patient is dealing with serious mental health issues, or suicidal thoughts, and also endangering others with their PHI, that patents information should be disclosed. From the reading last week regarding theories I believe the theory of Prima Facie Duties would fit this scenario. The duty of Non maleficence, which means to not inflict harm to others. This would be the duty or theory that align' s with this topic. If a patient's medical information can be used to stop a life threating attack on humanity, or to prevent a person from taking their life or another's and information required should at that point be available.

There are instances where private medical information is shared with others to benefit the patient or the rest of the population. For instance, if a person is suicidal, a doctor should talk to someone who knows how to deal with suicidal victims to protect the individual. In another case, if a person has a rare contagious disease, the medical professional should contact authorities about the case to prevent the disease from spreading. Lastly, although this might need consent from the patient, I believe that sharing medical information to help with future research is also acceptable. The utilitarian moral theory is what I believe in this situation. We must make one individual take the fall to help everyone else. If the patient is going to hurt themselves or others, a medical professional need to disclose that information. It all depends on the motive and consequences. For example, I do not agree with the sharing of patients' information for monetary reasons. If the hospital or medical place is selling information, then that is wrong because it is not helping anyone except itself. The only time it is good is if it is going to benefit others.
