Do you agree, Servant leaders are known to have higher moral standards and put others and their needs over their own, which means they value being open, fair, and honest with the people they work with. WHen looking at the Christian concept of putting others before oneself, it perfectly aligns with what a servant leader should be trying to do day in and day out. Another aspect of this Christian concept is seeing those around you grow and begin to participate in the same activities, and this is similar to a servant leader who is trying to show others that by being selfless and putting others first you will strengthen the foundation of the entire organizational culture.
