Good morning Mr. and Mrs. Rossotti, I have spoken with our leadership team, and while we understand and empathize with your frustrations of your trailer being involved in transport delivery damage, the rest of the items on your list of concerns are all warrantable items through the manufacturer. As you are aware, D-2 Trailers is awaiting your trailer's arrival to begin repairs from the incident, as well as all noted warrantable concerns you have brought to our attention. All of the known needed parts have been delivered. The awning on 10/25, the fender and trim on 11/1, the step on 11/3, and lastly the rod guides arrived yesterday afternoon (11/6). Any subsequent needed parts will be ordered once it has been inspected by Chance and the team at D-2. Unfortunately, we are not willing to give any financial compensation for your unit, as the trailer has remained usable and while, unfortunate, accidents can happen during transport. The transport vendor utilized for your haul has an impeccable track record of safe driving, but things happen beyond all of our control
