I recently was in a Walmart and their tool department has grown. There were multiple brands I did not recognize and they seems to be priced similar to Home Depot and Lowes tools. Both Home Depot and Lowes offer a military discount of 10%, would you consider that another opportunity to attract consumers? I know I shop more at the two big brand hardware stores for that fact alone. By bringing the quality of tools up higher and offering a discount, which usually attracts more buyers that may assist the growth. What is your take on whether or not the quality of Walmart goods not only could get better, but also the discount possibility? PM
