Google Inc., the world's largest and most popular search engine company, is one of the most sought-after companies in the world. Google's hiring process is an important part of their culture, as they care deeply about the people on their teams. Management focuses on distinct behavioral characteristics and personalities that separate their employees from other employees. They shifted the focus from academic qualifications and technical experience to applicants' personality, creativity, leadership abilities, unconventional ways of thinking, and overall exposure to the world. Academic qualifications and intensive work experience are secondary when candidates are chosen.

To attract employees, Google promises wealth, luxury, and almost everything an employee could want; from absurdly high compensation to extravagant and luxurious benefits such as gourmet food, car wash, gym, snacks, exercise classes, dry cleaning services, car services, haircuts, oil changes, massages, checkups and many more, all free . The hiring process also goes much further than normal. Several people say that it is totally stressful. One person reported five to seven interviews in one day for two or three consecutive days. That applicant added that the interviews were very tough; Full of puzzles, algorithmic problems and IQ tests, made by some of the brightest people in the world.

After the interviews, Google gathers everything from the applications and interviews and reviews it. The company takes into account a number of perspectives before reaching a decision. When it is decided that someone is the best candidate, a recruiter approaches him/her with an offer. Once accepted, the onboarding team guides that person through compensation, benefits, credentialing, insurance, etc., after which they are on their way to becoming a Noogler!
