Stacey has a friend, Eva Ping, who works at the Department of Health and Human Services. Eva checks her office's records and discovers an application for benefits filed by Kenneth. In that application Kenneth states that he is receiving psychological counseling and has attempted suicide. Eva provides this information to Grace.
