grand valley trading conceptual design case bus 630 grand valley trading co gvtc is a colorado western slope winery and specialty food supplier customers are individuals restaurants and wine shops around the world but the winery also sells to distributors restaurants and individuals via a mailorder wine club and website where wine deliveries are legal the wine production process data is managed by a wine database management system called wine makers database inc httpswwwwmdbcom gvtc would like to upgrade its customer and member tracking and analytics process gvtc has multiple plots where they grow several varieties of grapes tracking the plots is managed by wmdb and beyond the scope of this application but they do want to track some employee information most of the employee data is tracked in an hrms but the customer tracking system will need to track some employee data as well one employee manages each plot an individual employee is assigned to a customer order an employee can work with multiple customers and orders but each customer and order are assigned to only one employee all customers are assigned a unique customer identification number and this number is recorded along with their billing address shipping address
