Granting a Motion for a J.N.O.V. means:

a. the jury verdict was so clearly in line with the weight of the evidence that no reasonable person could find otherwise, therefore an appeal is automatically denied.

b. that reasonable minds could differ as to the outcome of the trial and therefore the jury verdict may not stand.

c. the jury verdict was wrong and so clearly against the weight of the evidence that no reasonable person could have found as the jury did.

d. that reasonable minds could differ as to the outcome of the trial and therefore the jury verdict must stand.
