Gray, a salesperson, contracted with Green to sell Green a piece of equipment at a price about 10 percent below the usual market price for such equipment. The contract occurred in at local restaurant during an extended lunch hour. Gray had two or three alcoholic drinks before eating lunch. Gray now claims he was drunk at the time the contract was made and, on this basis, seeks to avoid the contract.
