An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join our Brisbane site, reporting to the Business Manager Customer Service.

This is a busy and demanding role for a professional, self-motivated and well organised Administration Assistant.

The successful candidate will have:

The ability to work under, pressure, meet tight deadlines and multi-task with a professional attitude

High attention to detail

Highly developed critical thinking and analytical skills

Excellent organisational skills

An excellent ability to exercise sound judgment

Demonstrated ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to be both a team player as well as work autonomously

Advanced level of MS Office skills

Open driver's license.

In this busy and challenging role, you will be responsible for:

Management of travel and accommodation bookings

Coordinating meeting and booking of meeting rooms

Preparation of documents and PowerPoint presentations

Developing and maintaining procedures

Calendar management

Credit Card reconciliations

Processing of invoices and requisitions

Report consolidation and writing
