I would genuinely appreciate it if someone could help with this exercise in R programming. I need the code.We interact with a few datasetsHousing dataset, which provides real estate transactions recorded from 1964 to 2016. Perform the following data transformations:

1. Use the apply function on a variable in your dataset
2. Use the aggregate function on a variable in your dataset
3. Use the plyr function on a variable in your dataset - more specifically, I want to see you split some data, perform a modification to the data, and then bring it back together
4. Check distributions of the data
5. Identify if there are any outliers
6. Perform at least two new variables
