Group #1: Charging Station Heats Up With the end of the project nearing, there is a lot of excitement amongst the stakeholders based on the project updates and the general need for portable charging stations. However, during the testing phase of the actual portable chargers, results have shown that all Android devices caught fire when charging a phone for more than 20 minutes. The testing results have angered the sponsor and it was made even worse since one of the phones that was tested was a member of the project's design team who also happens to be the sponsor's daughter. The sponsor now demands accountability for the damages. The project manager has been tasked with getting to the root cause of the issue and provide a solution as soon as possible since the end date of the project is drawing near. The sponsor wants to know how the project should manage impending delivery timelines while still offering a quality solution
