Group assignment IV Please form up to three person groups (individual work is also possible but not recommended) and follow the description of the assignment below. 1.Formulate your research problem. 2.Select one dependent variable and 3 (or more) independent variables. Think about the compatibility of your data series! 3. Take real data or hypothetical (fabricated, fictional) data. Number of observations must be at least 30 in each data row. 4.Describe the relationship between selected data rows based on calculations (correlation coefficients) and graphs. Are all correlation coefficients statistically significant? Set up hypothesis, calculate the required test statistics and formulate correct conclusions. 5.Describe the relationship between selected data rows by using regression analysis. How the dependent variable could be affected by independent variables? Is the regression model statistically significant? Are the model parameters statistically significant? Set up hypothesis (all of them!) and formulate correct conclusions. Do you have good regression model (describe the goodness of fit of a model)? 6.Formulate the most important findings and inferences The use of a group assignment template is mandatory!
