Group Assignment: Sy's Fish Deliverable 2 - BPMN Activity Models

Please create a BPMN activity model for each of the following 5 processes for Sy's Fish company (detailed in the PDF attached titled "Group Project - Project Description and "Interviews" with the Employees"):

1. Sales
2. Fish Purchases
3. Misc. Purchases
4. Refunds
5. Payroll

Be very careful to not include information from one process in another - for example, the employee takes a sales order, then goes to the pier to buy fish before delivering the fish to the customer. Do not include the purchasing process details in the Sales activity model, instead represent the Purchasing Process as a collapsed subprocess, and show me the details in the Purchasing activity model. You should turn this in as a Visio Document - only turn in one Visio file, but have a separate tab for each activity model. You should include a pool for Sy's Fish Company in each model (each will also have more than one lane representing the different roles at Sy's Fish Company that are participating in each process), and include any external pool(s) necessary. For example, you'll include a Customers pool in the Sales Activity model. You do not need to show orchestration in any external pools, just depicting the message flows from the Sy's Fish pool to the external pool will be plenty.
