Project Statement

Describe the Project in one sentence where you outline the Topic and how the Application will be explored.

Topic: Research Summary

outline the following:

• what this TOPIC is all about: definitions, types, classifications, explanation
• how is it related to the theme,
• why it is important?
• the research you have to done on this topic using Three scholarly references.
• No blogs or commercial sites will be accepted.

Topic Application: overview

here you will describe how the topic which you researched and understood very well above, is applied in the healthcare field.

• What will you be exploring?

scholarly references are not mandatory in this section since logically the references are expected to be related to the settings/ organizations where the topic is being applied.

For example, if the Topic you learned about is the AUDIT Types so your research will outline all the information about the audit types (= the WHAT), and the Application will be HOW the audit is applied in a healthcare organization that you will explore (= the HOW).

Project Objectives:

Each objective must be SMART; Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Timely

In this section, you will break down the Project Statement into different aspects to be researched and each student will aim to research aspect to develop content for it in the slides.

Each student will commit to researching one aspect.

One objective per student for each member to know what content they need to develop:

Objectives

1. Those are the objectives of your presentation not the objectives of the topic? as if you are saying, I will achieve, I will explore..
2. Each objective should start with a "To do Verb" or Action Verb

• To discuss, to describe, to outline, to demonstrate...etc

You can also think of the objectives as questions that you are going to answer through research

What are the questions you are going to answer about this topic? What, when, who, how, why...etc

Group Contract

Challenges and Conflict Resolution

Think of ALL possible challenges the group may face throughout the timeline of the project and include the possible solutions to address them. For example: what if someone is not contributing their share?

What will happen when the group members do not agree or need to address challenging situations.

And, my favorite part, is when the group gets to agree on what behavior won't be acceptable and how it will be addressed.
