In a group of 5 students, you need to develop a c-programs to assist your company in fabricating a given task (metal product). Your tasks in IT department is to develop c-programs to assist mechanical design team, production planning team, fabrication team, packaging & logistics team. 1. Each group need to select a product design (refer to list of topics below). You need to prepare FOUR (4) C-programming codes. a. Mechanical Design: To develop a c-program that enable user to show 2-dimensional mechanical design. b. Flexible to change the dimensional through c-program (e.g. number of holes, length, wide, etc). C. The design can be ONLY 1 PART or MULTIPLE ASSEMBLED PARTS. Production Planning: a. To develop a c-program that enable user to estimate total materials needed (raw materials before processing) b. Generate product work structures (work flow) to start the fabrication work (e.g. raw materialroll forming process welding process powder coating process) Estimated the time needed for each department for the part to go through. C. Fabrication: a. To develop a c-program that enable user to estimate fabrication elements (e.g. if your product requires laser cutting, bending machine, and sport welding, you need to show the details machine parameter of these 3 machines) b. Next, the processing time for different machines by entering the product design data (with machine limitations such as machine is limited to cut below 6mm plate). + Packaging & Logistics: a.
