Concept/Scenario: You have been appointed as a consultant for an organization and are tasked with improving quality of a particular process. The executive wants a report from your team. In addition, your team has also been tasked with making a presentation to the executive. Please view the presentation Rubric at end of this document for marking criteria of the presentation. Instructions: 1. Who: This activity will be done in groups as assigned by the instructor. 2. Where: This assignment is to be completed outside of scheduled classroom hours. 3. What: Students are to: Select an organization of your choice. The organization must be a Canadian organization. They cannot be TESLA, Apple, Microsoft, Loblaw, Superstore, Walmart, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, GM, Google. You are also free to create a fictious organization with a real product.
Group Presentation: Worth 5% of your grade Your Team Presentation will be marked as follows:
- Conduct research on the organization using external resources as well as Bow Valley library resources.
- Apply concepts learnt in this class and answer the following questions in your report.

- This paper will be 3,500 words and will include a table of contents.
