Group Project includes reviewing of a journal paper related to the material of Operation Management (e.g., SWOT analysis, QFD approach, product design and development, strategic capacity planning, Six Sigma, inventory management and production planning). The report must:

Provide summaries of the journal paper. Explain how the journal paper relate to the material of Operation Management (Strategic Capacity Planning , Statistical Quality Control File. Discuss the results to draw conclusions and insights. Explain how these papers added to your knowledge of the subject. The report should be at least 10 pages in length (excluding title page and references), it should be double spaced, 2.54 cm margins all around, fonts (Times Roman size 12). Mar. 28, 2024 is the deadline to submit the Project report (Word or PDF) (10%). Every group is supposed to prepare PowerPoint slides to present their project (5%).
