Project Overview: The project is to develop a new mobile application for a client. The application will be a food ordering app that allows users to place orders from their favorite restaurants and receive delivery directly to their location. The client has provided a detailed list of requirements and has specified that the application must be completed within six months.

Group Formation: Groups will be created by the canvas systems and Each group will select a group leader who will be responsible for delegating tasks, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and submitting all deliverables.

Project Scope: As a group, your first task will be to define the project scope. This includes identifying the project objectives, deliverables, and timelines. You will also need to identify any constraints or limitations that may impact the project scope.

Project Quality: Once the project scope has been defined, your group will need to develop a quality management plan.
