Group Reflective Submissions.Discuss the content of the class, sharing their own experience of the topic(s) with classmates, then reflect on the sum of all experiences shared and discussions of those experiences. Ideally these experiences should be Supply Chain related, but if not possible, experience of other changes can be used as a substitute. After this discussion, each group will then generate a short Five Hundred word max) report per Kotter step explaining and documenting those experiences in relation to the content of that Class.

Each submission is to include:

• One example of either good, bad or indifferent application of each Kotter Step, and best practices in Managing Change in Supply Chains (or not!)
• Identification of what was done or not done that made the change a success or a failure
• Recommendation(s) to increase chance of success should a similar situation arise in the future..( what to do or what not to do )
