GSM employees are traveling on the road and are more mobile than ever before. In addition to the inconvenience factor of requiring physical paperwork for stock purchases, there is currently too much overhead (staff time) needed to process the paperwork. Also, one of the company managers just came back from a security awareness meeting and they say a major weakness in their process comes from the paperwork alone. They realized that employees had to fill out forms that required way too much personal information and submit those forms to multiple departments. This was too risky for the employee's personal information and for maintaining confidentiality between the company and its employees
