During the early operations CR demonstrated a strong organizational culture as employees were highly motivated and the morale was high. Organizational goals were being met, with the most notable example being the exponential growth of the early days. The culture seemed to shift from good to bad following the Mammoth takeover. The new organization did not have well established ethical standards. The predominantly Caucasian American staff of the parent company looked down on the multicultural Canadians. Canadians were often excluded from important meetings and when attendng their input was dismissed or not taken seriously. They were humiliated by being placed in positions that had no authority and required them to report to les qualified and experienced American staff
