Hadi booked a house from Along Holding Sdn Bhd at a price of RM240,000 . two

weeks after the payment of the booking fees , Along Holding Sdn Bhd asked Hadi to

pay an extra sum of RM50 000 which increased the total purchased price of the house

to RM290 000. Hadi refused to pay and Along Holding Sdn Bhd threatened to cancel

hi booking for the said house.
