Jamal is unable to attend the annual general meeting of Handy Bhd, and would like to appoint his nephew Ali and Ahmad as proxies at the company's forthcoming annual general meeting. Ali is a member of Handy Bhd but Ahmad is not a member of Handy Bhd. Jamal is unsure whether he can appoint 2 proxies to represent him at the annual general meeting. Jamal also wants to know if he can subsequently terminate Ahmad's appointment as a proxy and appoint someone else one day before the meeting.
