Hanisah together with 18 others person were registered as the members of Abundance Bhdsince 2009. In March, 2020, the directors decided hold meeting which is not suitable for Hanisah and five other members. It happens so many times. Sometimes, the directors failed to give proper notice to them. The incidents happen very frequent. Hanisah and the other members felt neglected and confronted the directors. They were told that their appearance in the meetings would not make any difference since their shares is less than 10% of the total share and their voting would not bring any impact in the meeting. Hanisah and the five other members decided to take action against the company at the court of law.
